DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review, analyze and evaluate background investigations to determine suitability requirements and security eligibility where applicable; determined suitability of applicants and processed initial and periodic updates for background investigations for the Defense Health Network (DHN). 
• Updates Personnel Investigations Processing System (PIPS) with Security/Suitability Investigation Index (SII) data on each scheduled case. 
• Administratively manages data into prescribed formats required by external databases. 
• Provide classification advisory and consultative services to the Director/Deputy Director, supervisors, senior leaders, management officials, and commanders of served organizations.

We are looking looking for an experienced enterprise-level engineer to join us as a Dedicated Operations Technical Account Manager (DO-TAM) in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will work with a key government customer to provide hands-on "Day 2" operational support, administration, and integration guidance strictly focused on the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform and the broader Kubernetes ecosystem.
This is a fully onsite position. You will act as a dedicated resource, working daily at the customer's Huntsville facility to tailor support for their containerized environments, facilitate collaboration with other vendors, and serve as their primary OpenShift technical champion within Red Hat. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the Huntsville area for daily onsite reporting.

What is Expected:
Execute Day 2 OpenShift Operations: Provide hands-on administration, integration support, and maintenance for Red Hat OpenShift clusters.
